Weather symbols are used by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for surface observations of weather events, plotted on meteorological maps.
This is a redesigned set of the 100 symbols for present weather. I looked for patterns of recurring attributes that could be repeated more efficiently, while streamlining the overall design of each symbol.
Four examples from the original set of one-hundred are shown below.
